We are a collaboration of Partners, named for Barnabas the Encourager. We’re a community of purposeful and faithful servants of our Lord Jesus Christ. We live our faith actively, seeking and responding to God’s call, as a steward of all that God has entrusted to us.


Kingdom Encouragement

Ministry leadership is difficult. Each day, ministries face obstacles that hinder their impact of God’s Kingdom. Ranging from logistics and operations to strategy, planning and leadership, these ministries need and appreciate the insights, advice, and prayer of marketplace leaders and ministry leaders alike.                                                                                     

Our goal in Barnabas Group is to encourage those Christian Leaders who are taking ground for God’s Kingdom. When we encourage we are infusing strength, restoring, interceding, and spurring on. We engage with a ministry and its leadership team in order to promote their growth, to build them up, and to strengthen them.

Every believer has received grace gifts, so use them to serve one another as faithful stewards of the many-colored tapestry of God’s grace.

The Barnabas Group provides marketplace and ministry professionals with the opportunity to use their unique giftings, talents, network, experience, and prayer to help ministries realize their vision. Engagement with a ministry is an individual decision prompted by the calling of the Holy Spirit.
